Teams Reunited, Partnerships Forged, Bragging Rights Earned

Inter-club matches have been part of golfing culture in Scotland from the early beginnings of club formations in the late 1700's. The Society plays a variety of annual and bi-annual inter-club matches, our oldest dating back to 1839. More recent events are now part of the calendar bringing together golfers from all over the globe. Matches are typically played home and away which gives our members an opportunity to visit other clubs and their courses, and provides the Society the opportunity to reciprocate.

Men's Matches

Inter-club matches and trophies that date back to the origins of club golf in Scotland are played for over the finest links golf courses. Bridging the Atlantic the bi-annual Walter Hagen Cup matches are played against the Brookfield Country Club of Roswell, Georgia. A highlight to the men's fixture list.

Ladies Matches

An impressive fixture list throughout the year maintains the strong bonds between the ladies golf clubs of Scotland. These home and away matches play an integral part of the competitive calendar at Crail

LCL Matches

Annual matches between 3 storied clubs. Ladybank Golf Club, Crail Golfing Society and Lundin Links Golf Club (LCL). Matches are played home and away at each club with a final Tri-Am played for the years honours.
