Inter-club matches have been part of golfing culture in Scotland from the early beginnings of club formations in the late 1700's. The Society plays a variety of annual and bi-annual inter-club matches, our oldest dating back to 1839. More recent events are now part of the calendar bringing together golfers from all over the globe. Matches are typically played home and away which gives our members an opportunity to visit other clubs and their courses, and provides the Society the opportunity to reciprocate.
